Not everyone has Siri on the iPhone, but everyone — regardless of phone — does want a mobile voice assistant. Because the Vlingo app works on all smartphones, it can be used by virtually anyone…whatever he or she is into. To highlight that fact, we created four diverse characters using the voice app in increasingly bizarre ways to showcase the special features of Vlingo. Vlingo web shorts were recognized as best video ads on BestadsonTV.com. Online buzz increased 35% versus the previous quarter to 30,000 mentions a month. Baseline Share of Voice (SOV) versus Vlingo competitors jumped to 72% the second half of the month when the videos launched, compared with 65% the first half of the month.
