Outstanding Social Media Campaign

Hyatt 48 Lex is an upscale property located in Midtown Manhattan. With search engines placing high importance on social signals and engagement, the property needed a way to increase their social media presence, fan engagement, and overall social reach. Milestone developed a creative social survey that asks Facebook fans several questions that will then determine what type of New Yorker the fan is. Once the survey is completed, the fan is then provided with their Personal Lookbook with suggestions on where to shop, eat, party, and explore New York. Social sharing tools are also implemented so fans can share their survey results and brag about what type of New Yorker they are. In addition, an easy “book now” form is integrated so fans can check rates and book their rooms directly from Facebook. The purposes of the custom tab are to: • Drive visibility to the hotel • Increase Facebook fan base through social sharing • Enhance user experience • Increase fan loyalty • Increase social referral traffic and conversion to their brand and hotel websites
