Outstanding Social Media Campaign

The audience we were trying to reach was mothers who had children ranging from 4 months pre-natal to 18 months after birth.

We had a singular, focused business objective: Become the most recommended Baby Products brand online. We define a “recommendation” as a social interaction (likes, shares, comments, retweets, views of a video), mentions of the brand across the web, and ecommerce reviews. Another important goal was to drive volume through social media.

Our big idea: "Moms need the wisdom of other moms": our social system is set up to allow moms to advise and support each other with tips, wisdom, and advice about all things baby, with their honest opinions (reviews and recommendations) about Playtex Baby products at the heart of it all.
