MANAGING CANCER AT WORK
Almost everyone has been touched at some point by the physical, emotional and financial toll of cancer - either directly, or through a loved one. It fact, one in two men, and one in three women will develop cancer in their lifetimes, and many will be working at the time of diagnosis. In addition to managing health and family issues, these employees will also need to deal with the uncertainty placed on their careers.
The Managing Cancer at Work program was created to address the concerns of both employees who have diagnosed, and employees who are caregivers for a loved one with cancer.
