Related is the premier developer of luxury residences and mixed-use properties, with buildings like the Time Warner Center to their credit, and recognizes that consumers have exacting standards and expect the highest level of service. It was, therefore, critical for its website to accurately convey Related’s commitment to luxury and service to prospects, residents, etc.

As part of its goal to drive sales and rentals and to creatively position their brand, Related turned to Organic, a leading digital communications agency.

However, after examining their existing digital assets, which included over 300 distinct URLs pointing to properties, talking to stakeholders, interviewing various employees, and visiting rental and for sale properties, Organic recognized that Related needed to digitally rebrand itself. Related needed to create a digital presence that was as luxurious and unique as their properties and enabled their exclusive clientele the ability to easily manage their apartments. Organic’s vision was to provide an integrated site design that incorporates all of Related’s businesses and properties into a singular destination that presented a familiar interface across all areas but was catered to specific audiences.

By leveraging Organic’s digital experience and knowledge, Related achieved a single brand experience to serve its 3 distinct customer segments – a site for rental/sales properties, a corporate site and a portal that allows residents to manage their apartment online – creating the ultimate online experience for clients.

Related successfully and effectively conveyed its overall story while maintaining the individuality of each property and maximizing the value of the Related portfolio.
