About the Entry

Irvine Company Apartment Communities’ (ICAC), owns and manages more than 90 apartment communities throughout California. ICAC developed the MyRental-Living.com iPhone App with the goal to provide residents instant access to community and local information.

Residents can Submit Maintenance Requests, View Events Calendar, Browse and Post Classifieds, Contact the Community Office, View Coupon Offers (currently only available in Orange County, CA) and Read Community News. Since its launch in June 2010, the app has received over 7,100 downloads.
