Throughout the site, layers of engagement and tools are featured, which draw the audience in for more and motivate them to continue the conversation with the brand. Examples of site tools available include an interactive self-evaluator tool that reveals hypo/hyperthyroidism symptoms and provides a printout summary of user responses for a patient to discuss with their physician; an Endocrinologist locator allowing users to locate a physician in their area; and a doctor discussion guide. To further provide support, patients can access the Understanding Your Treatment video by Dr. Levy. In this video, Dr. Levy speaks to new patients on what they should expect during their first few months of therapy.

Through synthroid.com, patients can register for the -1 Balance program, Synthroid's CRM program. In joining, patients will gain access to additional education on Synthroid's benefits and helpful site tools. Patients will also receive compelling customized emails at the times most relevant to them, ultimately educating and empowering them to successfully manage their therapy and request Synthroid at every refill.
