GOODYEAR "KNOW/HOW" SALES TOOL APP
Shopping for tires can be a confusing and sometimes frustrating experience for consumers, who are inundated with promotional messages in-store. Hitchcock Fleming & Associates, Inc. set out to enhance the tire-buying experience with a branded, Android-based tablet application for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. This digital selling tool needed to be informative, easy-to-use and engaging to help dealers promote their tires in a less cumbersome, more effective way. The early success of the app has been so great that Goodyear has chosen to expand its content and functionality, signaling a shift in the sales process with the tablet app playing a central role moving forward.
