By creating an intuitive drag-and-drop selection experience designed to delight customers and stimulate multiple subscriptions, we revitalized a customer entry that hadn't been refreshed for more than a decade. The entire flow included opt-in emails, customer account management, persistently updated newsletter previews, enhanced subject matter preferences, and a tiered unsubscribe process.
