The target audience for Sugar Bay is active families and couples vacationing in the Caribbean. The property's upscale accommodations, proximity to the beach and opportunity for spa treatments, golf, tennis, water sports and outdoor adventures make this the ideal target. A secondary target is weddings and family reunions. The combination of these two targets makes up a large group - millions of people annually travel to this geographic area. These travelers primarily come from North America, but also South American and Europe. Main goals of the project included: creating an attractive, modern and easy-to-navigate website that pleases all parties involved, builds an emotional connection with potential guests, and showcases the charm of the island; achieving first and second search result page placement for several targeted keywords and phrases; improving PPC ad clicks and bookings; and realizing increased online bookings and upsells of room types and packages from the booking engine.
