To help introduce its more robust and newly branded loyalty program to the public, Carlson Hotels wanted a smart phone application that was top of the line. The result is an app for iPhone and Android devices that allows users to learn about and sign up for a Club Carlson membership, search for a hotel from all of the Carlson properties worldwide, book a reservation, and explore a specific area via a Google map with key points of interest.
