SoftServe's website is aimed to show the company as the best Employer in Ukraine, Central and Eastern Europe. Target audience is company's employees and potential employees.
Website's navigation is easy to use and its content is highly informative for all – software engineers with a lot of experience and for those with little of it. Experienced people can find useful information about career opportunities, benefits offered by the company, all vacancies and recruiters who work on each of them and also which certificates can be obtained at SoftServe Certification Center. Students and people with little experience have the opportunity to study at SoftServe IT Academy (this is SoftServe's educational institution) and on our website they can find all the necessary information about schedules, enrollment, application, taking tests and getting invited to the courses. softserve.ua is also aimed at promoting SoftServe's brand via publishing company news, listing company's awards and benefits system in the company. The average monthly number of website's visitors is 60 000, 25 500 out of them are new visitors.
