Pacific Union is the leading luxury real-estate brand in Northern California. The firm's 525 agents were responsible for more than $2 billion in sales volume in 2012, but were relying primarily on printed materials for sales presentations because their digital tools were so cumbersome and difficult to use.
Understanding the need for improved integration, content control and workflow management, Epsilon built a custom application atop a Sitecore platform. This solution was designed and implemented in just three months, and enables Pacific Union to apply consistent brand formatting across presentations and reduced the time required to produce them. Various customization options are also available so that, within the consistent brand framework, agents still have the ability to personalize their presentations. The application is also integrated with multiple MLS databases, and stores all presentation data. Presentations can now be shared across multiple media, including web, iPad, PDF and printouts. The iPad version was designed to function offline as well, so agents can use it in any environment. Great attention was paid to the user experience, both in terms of enabling agents to easily create presentations and in terms of producing beautifully designed presentations that provide an engaging experience for clients in any context.
The new application has reduced the time required for agents to produce presentations from 60 minutes to 15 minutes or less. Perhaps more importantly, being able to show presentations on iPads is already helping to differentiate Pacific Union, and to underscore its position as a modern, innovative brand.
