The Business Objective: To create a online version of Manulife Financial’s Solut!ons magazine, a popular print publication with relevant financial planning tips and strategies. The Solution: In response to this need, BlueRush created a rich media version of Solu!ions accessible through a branded site. The new online publication is supported by a unique e-newsletter & library platform that merges content (videos, PDFs, articles, spreadsheets) with email function so that advisors can easily send clients a customized and personalized version of the periodical. Not only does this platform allow clients to experience sophisticated and compelling rich media videos chosen specifically for them, it offers huge advantages for advisors. Advisors now have the ability to access a multi media library that consists of over 200 English & French items that they can send to clients. The library offers multiple search and sort options, including “top media picks” and “favourite” choices. When sending emails, advisors can include a personalized note, with options to imprint contact information directly onto text oriented material. They can import existing contacts and create email groups. Advisors can also take advantage of the platform’s mobile component, where a modified listing of the content library is available for them to send to clients on a 1 to 1 basis as part of a quick follow up to a meeting etc. Another feature provides campaign tracking, where advisors can see which recipients were included in a mailing, how many emails may were opened, and how many times each item was viewed.
