40 Dias de Felicidad was a Regional Promotion launched for HERSHEYS across 6 markets in South America. The main goal was to generate purchase consideration and brand awareness across the key target markets. In order to generate interest and repeat participation in the promotion, the mechanics centered around giving away "happiness" every day for 40 days. Consumers were asked to purchase a Hershey product and submit the product bar code - they were then entered into the daily prize drawings.
