Project Overview:
Faction produced on behalf of Trust Company of America a video demo of their Liberty application, Trust’s newest technology offering. The Liberty application is the first of its kind in the industry; a fully mobile investor representative site that transforms the way investors and advisors do business. The video sought to provide registered investment advisors with a functional tutorial through visual animations and voice over to highlight the benefits of the application.

Objectives:
• Display the progressive technology that Trust champions by presenting it in an equally dynamic and engaging video
• Increase brand perception and affinity for Trust Company of America
• Increase sales of the Trust Company of America platform and services

Target Audience:
Registered Investment Advisors – the below represents the ideal consumer for Trust Company of America
• Average account size valued at under $250,000 to $1 million
• Active traders
• Frequent users of models
• Average of six to ten soliciting firms

Strategy:
We created a video that clearly and concisely showcases the scope of the Liberty application, its accessibility, and its ability to be branded specific to an RIA’s firm so as to increase the knowledge and interest in downloading the Liberty application and potentially repackaging the tool to be reflective of the RIA’s brand.

Creative:
The video utilized Trust Company of America’s current brand and was reflective of the progressive technology it was intended to capture. Time-lapse photography of the Colorado sky framed visuals as users were taken through the application. A hovering light highlighted specific areas of note when it was applicable. Subdued, modern, and impactful.

Results:
This video is the first step in Trust continuing to further familiarize and expose consumers to their products and offerings. Video demos akin to this one are expected to be a focal point of Trust’s new website scheduled to launch in Spring of 2013.
