Coordinated Health (CH) is a physician-owned hospital network in PA/NJ that specializes in affordable, fully integrated care. For 25 years, CH has been striving to simplify an overly complex healthcare landscape and maintain high accessibility to patients in the region. Among its many accolades, the hospital network has most recently been recognized as the only hospital in the area to receive the annual Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award. Committed to the community it serves, CH continually extends its award-winning care to local schools and businesses, as well as contributes more than $1 million to sponsor charities, student-athletes, and economic development programs across PA/NJ.

The CH website is the primary digital access point for patients. It acts as a directory of physicians, locations, and services, as well as a hub for forms, medical conditions, and community news. In order to carry through CH's streamlined care, the site was redesigned based on analytics and patient interviews. Pages and navigation were organized to make the most frequently sought after content easily accessible (e.g.: locations, appointments). The front-end is responsive to cater to the growing mobile user base. The back-end is customized to allow for rapid updates and an efficient publishing workflow. Copious tracking events are in place to ensure that the site remains an effective tool within the patient experience.

The impact of the site redesign was quickly visible. Within three months of launching:
- Pages/session decreased 18% in areas meant to be easily accessible (e.g.: locations, forms),
- while increasing up to 32% in areas with rich content (services + interactives, community articles).
- Mobile traffic increased by 78%.
- Traffic from organic search increased 23%.
- Email traffic increased 413%.
- Most importantly, the number of appointments requested through the website more than doubled and continues to grow.

CH is dedicated to continuing its 25 year mission of simplifying healthcare through access and affordability. The website has become an effective means of carrying that mission forward.
