Best Insurance Online Video Campaign

Choosing a Medicare plan is a daunting feat. And with literally hundreds of plans to choose from, there’s always a risk of choosing a plan that doesn’t truly fit your needs. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan wanted to remove the intimidation factor from the process and enlisted TMV to create a series of six videos to do just that. Each storyline in the “What’s Your Medicare Personality?” video series is universal. But consumers will relate to one story in particular, significantly filtering down BCBS Medicare options to the small set of plans that will work best for them. If you see yourself in “Terri,” your best plan options are very different than those who identify with “Ray.” These videos were placed online, used in local Medicare town hall discussions, and used as a tool by the BCBS sales team.
