Best Non-profit Integrated Ad Campaign

AARP Family Caregiving focuses its efforts on providing timely and trusted resources that empower caregivers to find expert information and the right products and services that fit their unique needs. A major roadblock for caregivers is the fact that they rarely identify themselves as such, and rather think of themselves as a spouse or a family member or by the day-to-day tasks they do for their loved ones. ThomasARTS developed a two-touch email and retargeting display ads focused on some of the more common caregiving tasks to help caregivers quickly identify their roles as family caregivers and drive them to the relevant online resources and support at aarp.org/caregiving/.
