We created a wickedly fun email, using engaging headlines and eye-popping animation, including a spooky spider that creeps across the hero section, playful bats that draw attention to the special offers, and fading copy that creates a sense of urgency. Ultimately, we promoted the savings AND inspiration needed to make every moment of Halloween quick, easy and fun for Ahold’s best customers.
The email was a sweet success driving monster engagement and more store visits through valuable offers and seasonally relevant, exciting content. Overall, shoppers found their local Ahold grocery store to be a top destination for all their Halloween supplies, from tricks to treats!
