Lilo had the opportunity to design an innovative ecommerce website for this planet-centric initiative. This exciting environmental initiative enables customers to subscribe to digital magazines online. Planet Digimag advocates nature conservation in a fun informative and creative way.

The objective behind the design of this website was show the public that protecting the planet can be fun and easy. By subscribing to Planet Digimag, readers have access to all the latest news on the environment. The digital format of the magazine presents readers with an alternative that won’t require the same amount of natural resources associated with print media.

It was important to design an online presence that would appeal to people from all walks of life. The website had to be SEO friendly, interactive and timeless. Once on the site, users are encouraged to become paying subscribers and the process from the first website visit through to the final subscription phase therefore had to be as short and transparent as possible.

The website requires minimal download time and captures the attention of the audience through innovative, fun animations and creative information. The benefits of subscribing to digital magazines as well as other interesting environmental facts are beautifully illustrated across the entire site. The website communicates concern for the environment in a creative, fun and light-hearted way, encouraging users to take part in this exciting initiative.
