Sent in two targeted audiences, one being a batch send to current customers that have a teen on their policy (as of September and the second being a triggered send based on the monthly audience of customers that added a teen to their policy (Monthly – as of post September), the Teen Driving campaign sends valuable tips, offers, and acknowledgment of existing teen-related discounts to provide relevant, add value information to the consumer to those with Auto/Multi insurance and a teen 16-19 on their policy.
