The goal of this campaign was to convince investors that they should get an email update on their portfolio for protection of their investments and retirement. The audience is 50 and above and worried about losing money. The copy had to overcome trusting an unknown company, willingness to receive email updates on their own portfolio (unheard of) and pay $100 or more for the mail service, a very difficult effort. The prospects received a mailer, a 3-part email, banner ads to the same names, Facebook newsfeed posts, Facebook look-a-likes and retargeting.
