Best Healthcare Provider Rich Media Online Ad

Did you know you can get dermatology care for more than 3,000 skin, nail, and hair conditions from the comfort of your own living room, receive an online doctor’s appointment from your kitchen table, or talk to 1 of 1,000+ therapists while gardening in your backyard? Services like these are included with Walgreens’ “Find Care Now” service, which matches busy Americans with affordable, convenient healthcare. Because “Find Care Now” is relatively new, Walgreens worked with true[X] in summer 2018 to spread awareness of this service and educate people on what Walgreens can do for them. After a history of successful interactive campaigns together, Walgreens entrusted true[X] to go above and beyond typical video advertisements in order to improve brand lift. The campaign was published across premium digital video publishers like A&E, FOX, and Turner, where it incentivized users to eliminate regular commercial breaks if they spent a minimum 30 seconds interacting with the Walgreens engagement ad. Users could learn about a variety of “Find Care Now” services, conveying its relevance to a broad demographic of users. Users who clicked through were directed to an information page, which lists a description of the service and common reasons for its use. With an outstanding 28% CTR, the campaign clearly got users interested. The average user spent nearly double the minimum time required to spend with the ad -- and the campaign was able to raise brand awareness by 14% on desktop, driving strong lift throughout the funnel.
