Our solution: shifting the conversion point to before pre-order with Priority Status, which allows customers to reserve their new device early. We then developed a strategy to focus on customer benefits instead of features and savings—crafting subject lines, headlines, messaging and our designs to illustrate what the Galaxy S20 5G would do for a buyer.
