Best Health Care Online Video

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a progressive disease that traditionally means a shorter lifespan for thosediagnosed. But thanks to medical breakthroughs, today people with CF are living longer and fuller lives. With increased longevity comes the importance of daily fitness. Not only is itgoodfor overall health, but it has many benefitsfor people with CF,such as improved lung function. The problem isthat many patients don’t know how to effectively—and safety—incorporate exercise into their daily lives. Plus, there is a real lack of fitness tutorials that speak to them. What they need is expert guidance and advice.Introducing “Fitting in Fitness Every Day”!It’s part tutorial, part high-energy exercise video that makes for a fun way to educate patients about how exercise can be a bigger part of their lives. We designed the video to be specific to the CF community by working with 2 real CF patients and a physical therapist who specializes in their care. Together, theytake viewers at home through the benefits of being active, and demonstrate 4 exercises everyone can do right from their living rooms. And to really up the excitement, the video features an exercise challenge that’s sure to get everyone watching up off the couch.By showing patients the benefits of fitting in fitness every day, we’re helping them redefine what’s possible.
